Hello,
here's my problem:
After installing Windows 8.1, I am faced with an error message stating that my graphics card does not support OpenGL 2.0!
I can no longer launch an Android emulator under Genymotion, as the message displayed says "OpenGL 2.0 is not supported."

I updated the driver for my graphics card but nothing has changed
and after several searches on Google, I found that this is a problem related to Windows 8.1, which has decided to no longer support OpenGL...

I used the GPU Caps Viewer application to check the version of OpenGL on my PC and I was surprised by the value OpenGL v 1.1.0!!

I don't understand why this problem didn't occur when I had Windows 7

Please help me! Any suggestion would be welcome.

    Hello,

    What is the exact model of your Samsung PC?

    "After installing Windows 8.1"

    --> 32 or 64 bits?

    Open Device Manager, right-click on "the graphics card" > Properties > Details.

    In the dropdown menu, select: "Hardware Ids"

    Post the information (e.g.: PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS_82261043&REV_B0) in your next message.

    Copy only the first line, that's enough.

      --> Right-click on the file Internal_VGA_Intel_32bit_8.15.10.1892.zip, choose "Extract All" then "Extract". You will get a folder named "Internal_VGA_Intel_32bit_8.15.10.1892".

      --> Open Device Manager.

      --> Right-click on "the graphics card" and choose "Update Driver...".

      --> Choose "Browse my computer for drivers".

      --> Click on "Let me pick from a list of available drivers..." then on "Have Disk".
