My phone locks itself automatically..please help

Hello :)
Since I installed two apps on my Sony Xperia M2 (which I deleted), my phone's screen goes black after 10/15 seconds and then locks... all by itself like that, no big deal :')!
It didn't do that before!
Yes, it would lock by itself, but not in ten seconds :/ :(
So thank you for helping me, please because it's a bit annoying to unlock it every time now.... Thanks!
