    If it's an ISO file, try opening it with WinRAR.

    Can you copy it to another folder, documents, music or others?
    Once there, you will be able to change the permissions.....

      He indicates at the beginning of the message that the goal is to copy the file elsewhere, which just made me think, have you checked the permissions of the folder where you want to place the file? That could be an issue too.

        Alleluiaaaaa Thank you so much! I needed to change the permissions of the folder. The owner was "system" and I switched to administrator and there you go.
