Hello,
I installed Ti Connect, got the necessary programs for my Physics-Chemistry and Maths BAC but now... a problem stands in front of me. I can't transfer these programs to my calculator :(
Ti Connect perfectly recognizes my calculator (I can see what's inside it clearly) but when I try the famous "drag-and-drop," a message appears saying "Error! Damaged or invalid file" :/
I am desperate; my Maths BAC is on Monday!!
Thank you for your help :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 43.0.2357.124

Hello, I don't know if this will help you, but is the file type you are trying to upload to your calculator in the correct format? You might get this message when the formats are not compatible. Try to see if you can change that. Keep me updated, and good luck with your exams.

Oh yes, maybe, but how do we change the format?? (I know I'm not an IT whiz ;p) I think it's a zip file. And so what format is compatible??
Thank you in advance, and thanks for the support.

If your file is in ZIP format, you first need to decompress it. The ZIP format is a system that compresses files, allowing you to put many into the same folder but with a very light weight. It is not necessarily required to have software to decompress your file since you are on Windows 7. Below is a link explaining how to decompress your ZIP file and get your folders in normal format:

I hope this works. Keep me updated.

Unfortunately, when I open the ZIP folder, the page is not the same at all and yet I am on Windows 7... The Compressed Folder Extraction Wizard does not open, so I cannot perform the necessary actions. What should I do??
