Unable to connect to Garmin Express

Hello,

On the Garmin Express program, when I click on the icon of my GPS watch to perform a sync, a window opens saying "new sign-in required," with a field for the email address and one for the password.


Once filled out, and after clicking OK, the wheel spins for a moment and then a second window pops up saying "there was a problem connecting to Garmin's servers."

I can try as many times as I want, the same window appears.

I've deleted and re-downloaded the application several times, nothing works.

My Mac is up to date with its applications and Garmin is the latest version.

Hello,
The connection to Garmin servers is blocked. If you have a firewall, check if the Garmin Express application is allowed to access the internet, or it could be that the Garmin servers are experiencing a temporary issue.

Hello,
my firewall is disabled and until now I had no issues downloading my purchases.
I did think about a problem with Garmin, but I found no announcements about network maintenance or anything else.
We'll see...
