Good evening,

I received this rather strange email from AliExpress this morning "Your order ******* has been frozen due to suspicious seller activity

Dear ********,

We have suspended this seller's account because we detected unsafe trading activities. All of your pending orders with this seller have been frozen for your security.

We have asked this supplier to provide supporting evidence, such as shipping documents and qualification certificates. If the supplier is unable to provide the evidence or if the evidence is insufficient, we will close the order and process the refund for you within 5 business days (In case of certain circumstances, the processing period may be extended).

We apologize for this inconvenience. At AliExpress we are committed to ensuring you enjoy a safe shopping experience. We will continue striving to improve. Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated; if you have any questions or suggestions, please click here

Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated.

Sincerely,
AliExpress Trade Security Department

Do you know what this really means?
Thank you in advance.

Hello
If this indeed comes from them, and I don't see why it wouldn't be the case, the reason seems quite clear to me. Doesn't it?

Best regards

Hmmm... I had never received this message before even though I order from them quite regularly. The email address is transaction@notice.aliexpress.com. Should I expect phishing?

It is true that a sender's address is not a guarantee, easy to falsify.

But if that were the case, we would ask you to provide personal information, we would redirect you to a link of a fake site, etc.
For now, we are just warning you that one of the sellers is suspicious and that you will be refunded.
As long as there is no request of this kind, there is nothing suspicious.

Thank you for the information. I would also add that the attachments were also blocked, and they were not found in the spam folder. This did not allow me to clearly identify the source of this email.
