Unable to answer a call

Hello,
It is impossible for me to answer my phone when someone calls. I press the "green phone" button and nothing happens.
I can only respond with a message "I'm unavailable, driving, etc..."
However, I can make calls and receive messages.

    Hello

    You shouldn't press, but slide the green button onto the red one to pick up and the reverse to hang up.

      hello mad ;) it's actually the other way around: to answer, swipe to the right.
      to reject the call / hang up, swipe to the red button (on my Huawei at least)
