Logitech mouse not recognized

Hello,
I use a Logitech mouse that I connect through a USB port that I hardly ever remove. And for the past few days, my mouse is no longer recognized by my PC even though I haven't touched the USB port. So I remove it and put it back in, and it works sometimes, but ultimately the mouse is not recognized anymore over time.
I read that restarting the PC in safe mode fixes the problem, so I restarted my PC in safe mode, and the mouse worked very well in that mode, but when I returned to normal mode, it didn't work anymore.
I would therefore like to know if you have any answers to provide, considering that I don't think the issue comes from the USB port since the mouse works normally in safe mode.
