Hello,
I haven't used my Wiko for a while and now it shows (Type password to decrypt storage). I don't know what I should do, so if anyone knows ;-) thanks for your answers.

Hello
If you can't do it, you'll have to completely reset your phone, so everything will be restored to factory settings. Here is the method I found online... obviously, do this with a fully charged phone...
1. Press the Power button (for 2 seconds), then simultaneously press the buttons: Volume +; Volume - while holding all three buttons until the screen displays:
“Press < volume up > to Recovery mode; Press < volume up > to Factory mode”
> Press the Volume + button to select: “Recovery Mode”
2. An Android logo appears with an exclamation point (No command)
> Press the button to confirm (second touch button in the middle)
3. Use the Volume - button to move the highlight to
“wipe data / factory reset” > Press the touch button to confirm (first touch button at the bottom left)
4. Use the Volume +/- buttons to move the highlight to
“Yes - delete all user data” > Press the touch button to confirm (first touch button at the bottom left)
5. Use the Volume +/- buttons to move the highlight to
“reboot system now” > Press the touch button to confirm (first touch button at the bottom left)
6. Your phone will restart and will take a few minutes to finalize the last steps.

Before resetting, turn off your smartphone and remove the SD and SIM cards, then turn it back on without them. Try subsequently to turn on your smartphone with one of the two cards, then the other, and finally with both again. This procedure helped me not to lose all the data on my phone.

I have a wax, when it displays this at startup, I sometimes restart it several times and it works again!
