What should I choose?

Three days ago, my Samsung Tab 2 7.0 tablet wouldn't turn on. The trick of pressing power + volume down allowed my tablet to charge, which is already not bad, but I just turned it on and the screen is showing "Android System Recovery" and I have to choose between: reboot system now / apply update from external storage / wipe data factory reset / wipe cache partition / apply update from cache. What should I choose? I don't understand anything??

Choose Reboot System Now (if the issue still persists, do "wipe data factory reset" (note that this will reset the tablet to factory settings))
