Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to split a cell into 3 parts. To put it simply, I would like to add 3 columns within a cell. Thank you in advance.

no, that's not possible.
You can use 3 columns and merge where you only want one cell, but this kind of operation can cause quite a few problems later for the application of formulas.
It's up to you to decide... but other than for titles, it's not recommended
