Mouse Sensitivity in Word

Hello,
By accidentally pressing certain keys, I reversed the mouse direction in Word. Now, every time I open any Word document,
the mouse is stuck in this position. (I would have liked to take a screenshot, but the mouse does not appear in it).
Would you know how to fix this problem?

    Hello,

the mouse usually goes in the direction it is guided ;-)
In the absence of a screenshot, can you describe what the pointer looks like?
Is it an arrow that points to the left instead of to the right?
Do you use an Eastern language?
Is it just in Word? On what manipulation?
Have you tried turning your machine off and restarting it?

The pointer is classic, but instead of pointing to the top right as it should, it points to the top left (like a left-handed pointer).
      I only use French.
      It only happens in Word.
Yes, I have restarted my machine.
      Thank you very much.

At home too, it points left when I go to the command ribbon in Word or in the ruler.
It points right when I go to the margin, to the left of a paragraph for example to select an entire line.
In short, it is oriented differently depending on where I point, and each position has a different meaning.

Here, in CCM, if I point to the left of this message, the pointer is a white arrow pointing left, just like in the Word ribbon.

But I must not have understood or we are not talking about the same thing.

Indeed, that's exactly what's happening with me; we're on the same wavelength. But it happened to me after I activated an unknown command.
