Hello team!

I'm having the following problem: This window has been opening on startup for about two months now.

I tried to understand the error, the origin of the program, and its level of danger. Since it's ASUS, that reassured me a bit. However, I'm having difficulties resolving the issue on my own (and I don't want to make any big mistakes).

I went through the Uninstall menu in "Programs & Features". Here's what the dialog box said:
"The Path:
C:\eSupport\eDriver\Software\ASUS\FancyStart\XP32_XP64_Vista_67_Win7_32_Win7_64_1.0.8\FancyStart.msi cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location & try again, or try to find the installation package "Fancy Start.msi" in a folder from which you can install the product Fancy Start."

I went to the ASUS website to re-download the app, and I admit that I intentionally placed it in a different location to easily find it. Then, when I tried to execute the file, nothing happened. There was nothing...

On the other hand, CCleaner, in its tools, offered me the option to disable the task on PC startup: which I did. So I'm waiting to see if the problem persists, but it doesn't seem like an optimal solution.

Do you have a solution for me, please? :)

Thank you very much in advance!

First of all, is the installation of this program your doing?

The package was installed during an update.

I just restarted the PC, and there are no more pop-up windows... But is it a solution to use CCleaner?

I run it frequently, if only to clear the internet cache.
Surely the program had trouble finishing the installation.

      Who's the update from? ASUS?

      Yes, well, anyway. It's obvious.
The cause is not the main subject.

To err is human, unlike our machines/robots and other tools that require our attention.

Either you propose a solution that will be welcome, or suggest ways to solve my issue. Otherwise, let someone else take an interest in it.

      Thank you,
      Best regards.

We're going to do this, yeah!!!
I don't have any solutions since I have an HP and a MSI, so if it's an update for a utility specific to ASUS, I don't see how I could reproduce the error.
      I wish you good luck...

My problem is resolved: I re-downloaded all the missing files: I replaced them in the relevant folder while being careful to avoid duplicates = NO MORE PROBLEMS!!!

        Have a good evening!
