Florenzzi sale on Showroomprivé

Hello, I wanted to first express our disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding the sale of Florenzzi sofas that took place in April on Showroomprivé.
Secondly, to warn potential buyers!

We chose a sofa model "Catalani corner sofa" from the brand Florenzzi.
Since we were not familiar with the brand, I checked the official Florenzzi website. What a joy to see the same "Catalani" model, in the same color and for the same original price of €1900. Upon reviewing the description details, everything matched. Additionally, it was clear from the photos on the Florenzzi website that the sofa features a bed and storage under the chaise longue (with supporting photos and details on the complete technical sheet). This was our priority when choosing a sofa.
We then ordered it from Showroomprivé for the price of €619 plus €117 in shipping fees...

No issues with the delivery.
But once the delivery personnel left, I realized that the two parts of the sofa were not at the same height! The chaise longue rests on the floor while the other part rests on an inner box: everything is misaligned, including the hooks that are meant to secure the two parts together.
I continued to check for the bed, and well, THERE IS NO BED, NOR STORAGE! Nothing opens because there is nothing! The fabric is tucked inside, even stapled in places... You can feel the boxes under the sofa, but nothing else!

We are left with a wobbly, poorly finished, low-quality sofa.

We are extremely disappointed because if you sell a product with the same name, the same original price, and the same specifications as the model shown in the manufacturer's catalog, the buyer is entitled to expect to receive the same item.
To us, this constitutes deception and potential customers should not be led to believe they will be making a savings when the product is completely different.

I immediately contacted customer service who provided me with the email address for returns. I promptly sent an email with all the photos I had taken. So far, I have been told "that the image is missing", which one, I do not know? I have therefore sent a second email with a PDF file to prove our good faith. I am waiting to see what they respond.
For that reason, this will remain our one and only order with Showroomprivé.
