Hello,

my session remains open even though I unchecked the "keep my session open" option. The password and username remain active.
I changed the password and it worked for two or three days and then the same problem occurred again.

Does this mean that my account is under the control of a third party?

Hello

Look in your browser settings. Maybe it is set to remember passwords.
