TV screen with sound and image but blue color

Hello,

I'm explaining my problem: The television was working normally and all of a sudden, the screen changed color, the image and sound are there but the color of the screen is completely blue, even in the menus. I tried unplugging the HDMI, the decoder, etc. and also changing the color settings of the TV but nothing works. I have the normal program... in blue.
So I don’t really know what to do; if anyone has a solution for me that would be great. It’s not that I don’t like blue, but after a while it’s not pleasant. Thank you.

    If you can't change the settings, I think you'll need to call a technician to diagnose the problem and repair it.

        The question is from 2015, there was still RGB and a simple oxidation in the circuits and/or an internal connection might have been enough to create a dominance of one of the colors.
