Hello,

A few weeks ago, I wanted to buy CleanMyMac 2. I received an activation code, but I can't activate it "Error..." I tried with CleanMyMac 3 and it tells me to convert the code according to the update.

    Hello,

    It's a shame you didn't provide the full error message; that could have helped. ;-)
    For version 3, did you install it as an update or download it entirely?

    Take a look here => on this page: it's in English, but at worst you can use translation tools.

    Basically, there’s a button you can press that will open an interface where you’ll need to enter your email address, for example, and you’ll receive your key again. Make sure to copy/paste all the characters exactly, but not more, like an invisible space before or after.

    If that doesn't work, you’ll find the email address for CleanMyMac Support on the same page.

    But above all, if you get another error message, be sure to write it down completely or take a screenshot

      But it didn't work, my code is still not converted for CleanMyMac 3 and for version 2 there is still "an issue has occurred"..

    Lili, here’s a good lead to solve your problem => on this page of CleanMyMac Support, here’s what it says:

    Do you speak French? Call 0800902396 (The service is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm)

    The 0800xxxxxx are free numbers, so don’t hesitate! ;-)
