What graphics card do you have?

An ATI Radeon 3870 (it may seem old but the game is very smooth).

I also freeze on Saints Row 4 if that can help.

you can also disable vertical sync

Uh yeah, well given that its graphics card probably doesn't even reach 30 FPS, it's not really worth much...

Yet it might surprise you, but when I display the fps while filming, I get 60 on Borderlands 2 (120 fps on Saints Row 4!)
