Unable to turn on your Bose SoundLink Color

Hello everyone,
I bought a Bose SoundLink Color yesterday, so I used it for about 40 minutes (while charging it) and then I continued to charge it all night.
This morning, I tried to turn it on but there was no signal and yet my phone could locate it just fine.
So I tried everything, pressing the speaker button for 10 seconds, 10 seconds on the power button, 10 seconds on the Bluetooth button (in short, 10 seconds on all the buttons I think), plugging in and unplugging the charger.
Nothing works, please feel free to reply with any suggestions you might have. Thank you for reading my entire message, see you soon.

      Same problem. After several attempts: plug in - press the multifunction button for 10 seconds - unplug - release the multifunction button. It finally decided to charge.
      You have to insist.
