The wine did not match the description on the website, and I submitted a review that was never published by CDiscount.

Hello, same problem on Cdiscount. The reviews are not reliable because they are filtered by the moderator when they are negative. I tried it after receiving a defective item and was dissatisfied with the customer service
I asked a colleague to do the same test and the result showed no trace of the negative reviews submitted.
Let’s just say that Cdiscount's moderation method discredits the reviews and the quality of the service. -
Hello
The vast majority of online stores sort reviews to remove negative ones.
P.S.: A little polite word and/or greeting is always appreciated on forums. :-)

Be careful, when you buy a defective item on cdiscount, you should know that they refuse to publish a negative review related to the seller of the item ("In accordance with our customer review handling policy available here, it cannot be published. This reflects a difficulty you encountered during your last order and we are sorry for that."). As a result, you only see positive reviews even though sometimes it would be better to look elsewhere.

Yes, it's shameful, the reviews are filtered. Every time I give a negative review, it doesn't go through. I order a lot from Cdiscount, but after this, I've lost trust. Dishonesty doesn't pay!!

I bought a WHIRLPOOL OWFC3C26X dishwasher. Delivered on Thursday, installed on Friday, and after 2 washes, it broke down on Saturday morning. On Cdiscount, finding a way to contact them by email is like navigating an obstacle course; the responses are automated and don't address our requests. Eventually, they respond saying that due to the health crisis, they will partially refund me while leaving the return at my expense, even though I requested the return of the device due to malfunction and not because I changed my mind. Furthermore, the refund will be in the form of a voucher, so there's no way to go elsewhere without losing what I paid. I left a negative review on the dishwasher, and 10 days later, I received a message saying my review would not be published. This means only those giving positive reviews are published, essentially only the promotional ones.
I agree with what someone wrote, that on Amazon, it's much more serious; they publish both positive and negative reviews, and when you have a breakdown on an item during the first use, they replace it. -
Hello.
I am trying to leave a review, not negative, to express my disappointment and to indicate the seller's proposal regarding the return of the item.
Well, the review is impossible to post "due to a technical issue...".

Hello ...................!!!!!!!!!!!! Very classic for negative reviews ....................

Why give so much importance to the virtual world when nature is so beautiful and generous .................... -
I notice that Cdiscount only publishes favorable reviews, which are probably a minority compared to the unfavorable reviews that go unpublished.

Hello,
I’m unable to post my review, which isn’t really negative, on a small portable camping table. Twice now, Cdiscount's pre-formatted response has been:
“... We attach great importance to ensuring that your experience with us is successful and always a pleasure... Unfortunately, your review cannot be published on the product page because it was not tested under optimal conditions.”
Well, of course!
Have a nice Sunday everyone :-) -
Hello,
I have the same problem, I just bought a scratch remover pen that left marks on the car and I wanted to warn future buyers. For the third time, Cdiscount refuses to publish my 1-star review!
For me, this is not transparent towards customers and it will completely change my purchasing policy on this site!
Sincerely,-
Hello,
a few months later, it's still the same apparently, third time I've tried to publish my review because I was unhappy with a product due to misleading information in the title, so I gave it one star. Moreover, the seller had the audacity to tell me that I returned it broken and damaged when that was not the case and didn't refund me the full amount I paid! I didn't think Cdiscount filtered negative reviews so much, after all, I wondered why no sellers had any reviews, now I understand.
At least Amazon doesn't filter reviews because some Amazon sellers have one star, which helps customers choose too, at Discount, you can't even trust the reviews since there aren't any!
Regards
(I don't think this will change after all,)

Hello
STOP with the pointless chatter with a stupid robot..
You're going to have to send a Registered Letter invoking the Legal Guarantee of Conformity.. You are entitled to either a repair/or an exchange AT NO cost.. Thus, return/pickup entirely at the seller's expense..
Basis: LG, Consumer Code Art. L217-4 to L217-14.. Read them!
Support the text with the relevant articles..
Attention! Only the REAL seller is responsible.. Address the registered letter to them (In the case of the Market Place where CDiscount disclaims all responsibility..).
Given the responsiveness of the thing, it is advisable to write the registered letter in the form of a Formal Notice (Very useful legally in case of prolonged disputes..):

Don't forget to set a deadline.. For example, 15 days..

Hello
I have the same issue regarding a filter on a negative review on CDiscount. I bought a computer from one of their sellers (Megaport), and I've only had problems. CDiscount refunded me quickly, but when I wanted to post a negative review, they refused to publish it, redirecting me to their terms of service on reviews!!!
Anyway, disappointed with Megaport and ultimately disappointed with CDiscount.
Best regards. -
Hello,
I bought an oven on Cdiscount. It arrived with damaged or missing accessories. After a first complaint, there were still incomplete or missing accessories. Reviews not published, censored. Don't trust Cdiscount reviews! -

It’s mainly that Cdiscount is a site to be avoided, really don’t even register there.
Between the so-called amazing deals of -5000%, the scammers of all kinds selling on this site, the fact that Cdiscount sells your data to all kinds of marketers even though you’ve clearly indicated that you don’t want this, the fact that Cdiscount’s marketers keep calling you to push their “electricity offer” which you’ve stated 50 times that you don’t want, and the fact that leaving a negative review is not taken into account, I’ve had my share of being scammed over what was admittedly a low-value product, but after that, I unsubscribed from this site which is getting worse and worse. -
Hello,
I placed an order with Cdiscount and at the time, it was indicated that if I took their credit card, I would get a 25% discount, so I jumped on it. The application was accepted right away, but a month later, I realize that I’ve paid everything (the deposit of €140 which corresponded to the discount received). On the phone, I’m told that due to a technical problem, the application has been canceled. All of this, without sending me an email. No use, they're sorry but they do nothing. When I leave a review, it's filtered and not published. When I call, I get told you’ve already had an answer to your question. Be a customer, buy but shut your mouth.
I'm going to leave a review on every site I can.
