Hello,
Which counter do you want to reset to zero...?? and why..?
Look here, if you find your error code..?
Personally, I haven't seen an inkjet printer reset its print counter yet... But maybe this one..??
In any case, I don't know how to do it... but it makes me think of the odometer kilometers of cars... which are reset to zero.. -

OK, I understand..
that’s not in the bag, Those are Russian sites that do this and it’s mainly for Epson.
There might be a trick with key combinations pressed before turning on the printer..
What does it do..?? or what doesn’t it do..? and what do the lights say..??
I’ll look tomorrow.. But you can also search on Google.. -

Hello,
Here is what I found on a Russian site: http://resetters.ru/?showtopic=16305 You can also go and use Google to translate... And it looks like French...!
For the groups and devices - iP3600, iP4600, MP190, MP240, MP250, MP260, MP480, MP540, MP620, MP630, MP980
1 Turn off the machine (... the machine must be connected to a computer via USB ...)
2 Press and hold the resume button marked in a circle
3 Without releasing the resume ON button (keep both buttons pressed)
4 When the indicator lights come on - leave CV (sleeping down) and double-click it then release the two buttons
5 Run the ServiceTool_V1020 program (or 1050)
here is the service Tool
http://www.resetters.ru/download/ST1050.zip
It is in Russian but works... Translated it no longer works..
Because the difficulty seems to be in finding this software without landing on porn or a trojan horse
Hope that helps you.. -

Turn off the printer
Press the "On" button and, at the same time, press the "Stop / Reset" button (a triangle in a circle).
When the power light turns green, release the "Stop / Reset" button and press it again twice while continuing to hold the "On / Off" button
Release both buttons: the printer should be in service mode.
Once the menu is ready, press "Stop / Reset" 4 times to reset the counter to 0.
Turn off and then turn the device back on.

That said, THE miracle solution doesn’t really exist... There are several kinds proposed... you have to try several to find one that works...
If the print head is dead, it also gives an error message and a reset won’t be the solution until the head is replaced...
In the case of the Waste Ink Pad saturated with ink, it also needs to be replaced, otherwise the fault detection will immediately recur ... Even after a fault reset...
It also takes a bit of logic and avoid believing that everything can be solved without any manual activity..
