Hello,
I am a new Android user. And I am facing a problem:
as soon as I open the Play Store, it asks me to log in or sign up. I log in, and when I click on next after entering my email address and password, there is a message that says
"unable to connect
unable to establish a reliable connection with the server, it may be a temporary issue or you may not have data services with your Android device. If the problem persists, contact customer support." But before contacting customer support, I prefer to try myself first. I have already reset the phone, and it doesn't change anything.
It's the same with Gmail, but I tried to connect my Gmail in the email app, and there it works.
please help me

and I can't connect to Gmail, but I went into the Mail app and not Gmail, and there my Gmail address works and yes, I receive all my emails.
