Reset a game

I've tried everything, uninstalling it, clearing the data, emptying the cache, I even reset my phone but even after that, when I reinstalled the app and launched it, I found the level I had.
Yes, I need a Gmail account, and I've also tried to create a new one but when I connect the game to the new account, it downloads the data instead of letting me start a new game :(
Needless to say, at this point, I'm desperate ^^'

If you're talking about game backups, they are generally found in "my documents." You look for the name of the game, and you can simply delete the folder. Normally, the game should start from scratch.
Edit: I didn't realize it was on Android, sorry, I don't know how to delete my message x)
