I just created a YouTube channel and my intro is on my PC. At first, I was using a pretty lame intro and now I wanted to use the one from my computer, but I realized that my PC doesn't detect my phone. Could someone help me?
My phone is a:
Model number
GOA
Android version
4.4.2
Baseband version
MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V36, 2014/04/14 15:22
Build number
ALPS.KK1.MP6.V1
Customized version
WIKO GOA Version 5
And I would also like you not to send me to the other forum that asks the same thing, I would like you to explain to me step by step.
Best regards, Luucas-Frra

Good evening,
First, make sure that the "data transfer" option is activated. To do this, go to settings > storage > "three small dots in the upper right" > USB connection to computer > check "media device (MTP)".
If that's done, the problem may be that your phone is locked with a password, pattern, or another locking method. For it to work, you need to connect the phone to the PC and then unlock the phone by entering the code, pattern, etc...
If it still doesn't work after doing all that, it’s possible that your USB cable does not support data transfer.
Best regards,
