Disable fast startup in Windows 7

Hello everyone, does anyone know how to disable fast startup in Windows 7? I used to see the Toshiba logo displayed, but now there's nothing. I just formatted my PC but still nothing. If you have the solution, thank you for helping me.

    Glad to hear that the factory reset works! Can this topic then be marked as Resolved?
    Regarding disabling fast startup, this is an option in the new UEFI BIOSs, so you might try this, but with no guarantee!
    Start, in the search box above type Power Options, click on the file of the same name in the window.
    In the vertical menus on the left, select Choose what the power buttons do, click on Change settings that are currently unavailable, uncheck the box Turn on fast startup, save the changes and restart the PC; in principle, the action on the F12 key should work.
