Video recording, MP4 music conversion to MP3

Good evening,
I don't know if I'm on the right forum, but I'm asking my question anyway. What does the following sentence mean when I want to save certain videos or music on my PC?
An exception was raised by the target of the call.
Sometimes it goes very well.
I use VDownloader to record and convert from MP4 to MP3

Well, when I have a video to convert to MP3, I use youtubemp3 or VLC media (which is complex) with youtube mp3; you take the URL and it converts your video to MP3.
