Connect my PC to my SFR box

Hello.
I have a desktop computer running Windows 7. We recently switched from Orange to SFR, so we changed our box. The new box is connected to the computer. When I look for available networks to connect to, it displays "High-speed connection," whereas on a laptop, it's the name of the box that shows up. I click on "High-speed connection," the username is already filled in, and I enter the password correctly.
It then says "Connecting via WAN miniport (PPPOE)"
And after a few minutes of searching, it shows me this:

After several attempts, it's still the same thing. What should I do? Thank you for your help.
