[TROJAN] Infecter par PWS.LDPinchIE

Bonjour a tous,
Voici mon probleme comme le titre l indique je suis infecter depuis quelques jours par le trojan suivant qui est eradiquer par spybot mais reviens a chaque demarrage de windows :

Description
This trojan horse pretends to be an update for the Internet Explorer. It massively connects to the internet in background. It hijacks the host file to block security sites and redirects banking websites to a fixed IP address. The trojan downloads other malicious software and adds them to winlogon and system start. There are also services registered to have additional ways of starting the trojans.

Je dispose des elements suivants comme protection : (tous a jours et actifs)

-Ad-Aware
-Windows defender
-Spyblaster

J'ai aussi effectuer apres de multiples scans avec mes programes plusieurs analises en ligne (bitdefender, northon, panda)...mais le probleme reviens sans cesse apres chaque redemarage.

Je post un log avec highjackthis, j'espere que l un d'entre vous saurra m'eclairer car la je sais plus trop quoi faire mis a par formater et changer tout mes mots de passes...ou me pendre avec mon cable rj45
