Black screen after password registration

I had the same problem, and by a stroke of luck: all you need to do is when you are on the page to enter your password, click the button to TURN OFF your computer... then turn it back on, enter your password and everything works again. (at least it worked for me).

Try opening it in safe mode by pressing the F 8 key during the startup
of the PC. If it opens, go to user accounts and change your password (the same
with an additional character + or -). This is just a suggestion.
