Good evening,
I have tried several times during the evening to call a person with whom I am on bad terms; each time I only got a ringing tone, then the voicemail. However, when I call when this person is sleeping and therefore has their phone turned off, I go directly to voicemail without any ringing. Do you think this person has blocked me or simply quickly rejected each call when my number showed up, since at night I don't have any ringing?
I know this person is with Orange.
Thank you!

Hello,
It seems to me that in the case of automatic rejection (or being blacklisted) (what you refer to as "blocking"), there are no rings at all... (like when the phone is turned off)
So there’s a good chance that she manually declines your call when she sees your number pop up.
As a last resort... try contacting her anonymously and/or from a number she does not recognize.....
