Video playback issue on iPhone

Hello everyone,

so here is the subject of my message: for a few days now, I don't know why, I haven't been able to watch any videos on my iPhone 5, whether on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
I have no connection issues, as it works fine on my PC or on my parents' iPhones. The problem is therefore with my phone.
Moreover, this problem occurs whether I'm on WiFi or on 3G...

I have absolutely no idea why, and it's really bothering me..
I noticed one thing: the short videos on Twitter (for those who know) that can be viewed directly in the Twitter app work!

I don't know what else to do, I went into the general settings, into the personal settings of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, but nothing works, I can't find a solution. I've restarted my phone several times, nothing.

That's it. For those who might know or have any ideas, I'm all ears and thank you in advance.

    You need to go to the iPhone settings, then general, and then reset the SETTINGS.

    This will only reset the settings, so not much will change.
