Order error received without payment.

Hello,

I ordered a product from a site where the order is automatically confirmed without your consent. So they confirmed my order.
The issue is that their terms of sale state that the package will only be sent upon receipt of payment. HOWEVER, I never paid and the package has arrived.
The supplier tells me that it's their mistake and to return the package because I no longer want the product.
However, since the 14-day deadline to make a claim has passed, during which I sent a million messages, the package cannot be returned. They have just responded to me and the deadline has already passed.
Does the package belong to me?

    It definitely smells like a scam
    I would go see the cops... file a report or a complaint (depending on the case)
    and I would bring them the package, who knows? the content might be illegal, and "someone" might decide to come get it
    if they know your number, they also have your address... beware!
    and you’ll see what happens next, but at least you are covered

      I opened the package, and it is indeed an order that I had placed. However, it's still strange because the person from the website who contacted me has the name "Gillou"....sorry, but that's not professional at all!

      After the deadline (but the deadline for what? since I didn't sign anything, so there's no date to prove anything), I can no longer withdraw. But since I haven't paid anything and they sent it before receiving payment, so it's their mistake, they're asking me to return the package. But f****, I feel like saying! They logically have no rights over me since the withdrawal period has expired and it's their error. They tell me they will reimburse the return costs... Haha, what a joke.

      This will teach me to go on little-known and unreliable sites.

      I'm going to file a report if I can still, it costs nothing and the guy still knows where I live, has my phone number, and his unprofessional message represents a threat.

      Ugh, but why does no one ever do their job!

      I haven't replied to the email, by the way, I tried to contact them, I had warned that after 14 days I would no longer respond.

    I had a case that was similar to this with electronic cigarettes (and refills)
    but it ended well.

      Hello everyone, I ordered a vacuum cleaner on the La Redoute website in April, I confirmed my order with a credit card payment, and I received my package without any payment being processed.
      Today, at the beginning of July, I received a bill from La Redoute stating that they have not received the payment; indeed, no withdrawals were made.

        Then keep an eye on your credit card statements, but there is little chance that the charge will be made "twice" later on....
