MERCI DE BIEN VOULOIR ME DIRE COMMENT VISUALISER LE NIVEAU D'ENCRE DE MES CARTOUCHES QUAND JE NE PEUX LE FAIRE A PARTIR DU TABLAU D'AFFICHAGE DE MON IMPRIMANT.
JE CROYAIS QU4IL SUFFISAIT D'ALLER DANS HP, MAIS JE N4AI PAS LA RUBRIQUE HP DANS MES PROGRAMMES;
JE TRAVAILLE SOUS WINDOWS 7 ET MON IMPRIMANTE EST UNE HP PHOTOSMART 5524.

bonjour
en principe tout cela se fait depuis le centre de solutions hp
tu dois l'avoir dans "tous les programmes->hp->centre de solutions
si tu ne l'as pas, telecharges le sur le site hp france, en indiquant le modele de ton imprimante
attention
desormais le "centre de solution " est remplace et s'appelle" hp print ans scan doctor "

tu peux aussi telecharger le logiciel complet si necessaire, ou si tu crains une mauvaise installation au depart.
