Insert an illustration table

Hello everyone, here is my little problem: I am at the end of writing my thesis and I managed to create the table of contents, but I can't create the list of figures. Please help me and provide detailed instructions.

    Hello

    The simplest way is to use the caption insertion: References tab => Insert Caption.

    In the end, just insert a table of illustrations.
