Hello, I just bought a Neoxeo HDP 3500 Bluetooth headset, I was able to connect it easily to my phone but I'm having trouble connecting it to my MacBook Pro. If anyone has any ideas...
Thanks ;)

Good evening,
Have you checked if your headset is compatible with Macs?
If it is, disconnect your headset from your phone to connect it via Bluetooth to your Mac.

All he tells me about computers is that you can connect the headset with its USB cable and listen to music. He doesn't mention Mac or anything else. I disconnected the headset from the phone and tried to connect it to the Mac, but my computer couldn't find it, and even with the USB cable, it didn't work :( Anyway, I bought a Bluetooth headset just so I wouldn't have to deal with cables.

I think this one is not compatible with Macs.

Too bad, I'll bring it back to the store tomorrow. Thanks anyway for your help :)

So, what's the deal? To be honest, I'm not a computer scientist even though I have a minimal interest in computing. Given that I've had a Mac, I've also encountered some device compatibility issues (hard drive, camera, or even phone), so that's why I assumed this hypothesis.
