Hello,
Good evening
For the past two days, I have been unable to connect to a shopping website (Igraal, to be specific)
Regardless of the browser used (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome), I receive messages...indicating a connection problem. Strangely, I can browse other sites.
I encounter the same issue with my mobile device running Windows 8
I don't understand, I have installed JAVA to ensure I have the right updates and Adobe, but still nothing
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 39.0.2171.95

Troubleshoot connection issues
Knowing that I can access many sites without ever encountering this type of problem, I don’t understand.
Is it really only the igraal site that isn't working on Chrome?
sometimes the problem is easy to solve, you just need to go into the browser settings and clear all data settings, and it's back to normal....
