Hello,

For a few weeks now, I've been experiencing difficulties connecting to the internet… or at least that’s what I thought!

I use Chrome, and when I'm online, occasionally I can’t open web pages anymore, and when I go to the router's page everything is green and it says "connected"... but I have to restart my router (since I thought that was the problem) to continue working with Chrome… I even started looking for solutions to update the firmware/driver of the router.

For various reasons, I started working with IE yesterday and there, as if by magic, everything is in order, I’m browsing the web peacefully without having to restart my router… which logically points the fault detectors towards "Chrome".

Does anyone know where this problem might come from?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello,

Have you tried going to Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > Network settings, and then unchecking the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" option?

To access settings, click on the 3 lines on the right (just below the X to close Chrome).
