    Control Panel then Programs and Features.
    Try to uninstall it.

    If that doesn't work, you can try to uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller:

    Otherwise, you can also disable the program from startup with msconfig.
    Windows key + R
    type msconfig and OK.
    Startup tab - look for the file wise bootup booster and disable it.
