Hello everyone,

I am about to acquire a Beats Wireless headset. The website explains three types of LED flashing on the headset. However, I have a fourth type and do not know what it means.

Indeed, after pairing my iPhone 4S with the headset, the LED flashes continuously and quickly in blue, and this case is not explained online (slow blue, red and blue together quickly, or slow red. These are the three cases explained). I couldn't find any explanation for this last type of flashing. The problem is that music is not playing in the headset despite the pairing.

Does anyone know what this fast flashing blue means?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi

I'm not sure I can help you, but knowing the number of counterfeit Beats headphones that are out there, I feel compelled to ask if it's an original or a pair bought from a questionable site (or snagged from someone who assured you it was real)?
If it's indeed an original and you can't find a solution, you can always try contacting Beats' customer service.

      hello,

First of all, thank you for your reply. So no, it's not a counterfeit, it was bought in a supermarket in Switzerland. I sent an email to Beats 4 days ago and still no response, we'll see what happens.

      Thank you
