Temporarily locked Snapchat account

Question

Hello,
I've been using the Snapchat app on my iPhone, and my Snapchat account has been blocked for 2 days. I would like to know if it is temporarily or permanently blocked?
Snapchat had already sent me messages twice telling me to stop using third-party apps. However, I continued, and now they have blocked my account! But I don’t know if it’s temporary or permanent; they didn’t specify anything!!
Moreover, on the website they provided, I can't find any precise information. I find it unfair, and I'm really bummed out because I had a high score (35000) that will be hard to recover! Anyway, I don't care about my score; I just want to get my account back. If anyone has any information or has been in the same situation, PLEASE reply to me!

Merci de nous avoir contactés. Comme vous le savez peut-être, nous demandons aux utilisateurs de Snapchat de changer leur mot de passe s'ils ont été détectés en train d'utiliser des applications tierces. Nous leur avons également demandé de cesser d'utiliser ces applications non autorisées.

I am in the same situation, and despite attempts to change the password, uninstall and reinstall the app, there's no way to reactivate it. Hi, I also seem to have my account blocked. I never changed my password, and when I try to change it, I don't receive any email. However, I created another account to see if the password change works, and yes, it works. I don't understand why I'm not receiving any email on my real account.
