Hello,

My drop-down lists have 25 possible choices. They appear when selected, sliding up from the bottom of the starting list. A little drawing is worth a long speech
Example: in my base list I have the following pairings:

Girolle+Cèpe
Cèpe+Raisin
Girolle+Olive
Apricot+Fig
Girolle+Prunes
Figs+Chestnuts
Cèpe+Girolle
Apricot+Raisin
Fig+Hazelnut

The drop-down list instead of starting from "Girolle+Cèpe" begins with

Apricot+Fig
Girolle+Prunes
Figs+Chestnuts
Cèpe+Girolle
Apricot+Raisin
Fig+Hazelnut

How can I fix this problem?
Thanks in advance to the contributors and happy new year 2015, may our problems be solved!...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

    Hello

please check if this situation corresponds to your problem:

in principle, the display of the list centers on the list when it is assigned to an empty cell whose content does not exist in the list, and centers on the content of the cell if it is already assigned
to display the top of the list, the simplest way is to provide an empty cell at the beginning of the reference list. This way, the list is displayed with the empty cell at the top.
    best regards

Hello and first of all, best wishes,

Okay Vaucluse, leaving a blank cell at the top of the list, the expected result appears, it's perfect. Now I still have a lot of work to do regarding the ergonomics of this development in Excel. In fact, it's a somewhat特殊方式 of managing orders....

Thank you again and see you next year

    Hello,

If you enter the data in any order, the validation list displays the suggestions in the order you entered them.
The easiest way is to provide us with a portion of your anonymized file so we can see how you did it.
To attach your file, click on this link and follow the procedure.

    Hello

Check the addresses on your list, you may have some out-of-scope data
