Dell Vostro 1520 three locks and black screen

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Dell Vostro 1520 laptop.
When I turn it on, you can hear it starting up, but the screen remains black, and after about ten seconds, the three small locks light up.
The first one with the 9 blinks, the one with the A and the one with the arrow stay lit.
And nothing happens.
Everything is locked.
Could you please tell me what the problem is and what steps I should take?
I don't know much about computers, and I am already grateful for your help, advice, and responses.

    Hello,

    First of all, I invite you to perform a system reset (drain the machine of electrical charges), here's how to proceed:

    Remove the battery and unplug the charger, then press the power button for about thirty seconds.

    Then reconnect the charger and start the machine; if that still doesn't work, and to check if it’s not due to a faulty contact of a memory stick, I invite you to perform the following test:
    Test each memory stick one at a time in a different slot:

    -Stick 1 in slot A
    -Stick 2 in slot A
    -Stick 1 in slot B
    -Stick 2 in slot B

    Each time you test a stick, try to start your computer normally to see if there’s a change.

    If the issue persists, you will need to consider replacing the motherboard.
