Continental Edison TV and SFR TV decoder

Hello,

I just bought a Continental LED TV Edison and when I connect it via HDMI cable to the SFR TV decoder, I only get the picture and no sound? I tried it with a Wii console and there is no problem, we get both picture and sound? I called SFR and they say there is no issue with the decoder! Thanks for your help :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 39.0.2171.95

    Good evening...

    Try another HDMI socket on the TV, try plugging the cable in the other way... check your source (input)... try a different cable, unless it works with the Wii.
