Connect home theater + TV + Canal+ decoder

Hello, I just bought a home theater system. I want to connect it to my TV and the Canal+ decoder. The problem is that the TV only has one HDMI port. I’m confused! Can someone help me?

    Thank you Andy, that's already done! It doesn't solve my problem!!! The TV is connected to the C+ decoder via the HDMI cable. The RCA cable goes from the TV to the home cinema. And since there is no other HDMI output on the TV, there's no link to the home cinema. That's where the problem is...
