Noisy/Vibrating Fan

Question

Hello,
For some time now, the fan on my laptop has been making a vibrating noise. Until now, a little tap on the cover where the fan is located was enough to stop the noise. Since last night, the noise has been continuous and even tapping above the fan does not make it go away. I opened the cover and inspected the fan, then I noticed that it was easily removable. So I took it out and cleaned it; the coils were full of dust. I put everything back together and the noise was still there but quieter. Then, a few minutes later, the noise returned to "its original volume."
Where could this noise be coming from?
The fan doesn't seem to be scraping.

Hello TUFI, if after cleaning your fan is still making noise, it means it's tired. Hitting it won't give it a second life. There's only one solution, and that's to replace it. And this will be at very little cost.

There’s no need to change the fan

If it’s still making noise after being cleaned

Disassemble it, put a little fine oil on the central metal shaft of the fan, a little grease (just a tiny bit is enough, of course!)

And voilà, once everything is oiled and greased, it will make less noise

Personally, I had this type of problem and I put some oil (a drop) on the axle. It worked for 2-3 weeks and then it started again more vigorously. So, I had to change it. It costs "so much" that a computer repairman gifted it to me. Yes, I ran into the right one!
TUFI, forgive me, when I said "hit" it, I was obviously exaggerating. I simply meant that what we call "the electronic punch" does not solve the problems.

The mechanical grease seems to be doing its job; at first, I was worried that it would slow down the fan, but it works perfectly! I'll see in a few hours/weeks if it’s still effective.
