I noticed some charges on my bank statement by unknown organizations:
- Barcelona egi support, on 31/05/2007 for €29.95, and on the same day €1.
- Barcelona pimexas for €39.95 on 31/05/2007.
- Las Palmas SUAYLLON for €33.40 on the same day.
What should I do?
Thank you

Hello everyone,
for this type of problem, you need to print a bank statement where these withdrawals appear, and if it's multiple times, show all the dates.
Go to a police station or gendarmerie and file a complaint for these disputed withdrawals...
With the receipt of the complaint, request an appointment with your bank advisor, and you will be able to get reimbursed for the contested amounts; bank insurances are in place for this and they do not oppose it.
Some rules to follow to avoid these inconveniences:
1/ Check your http bar; it should change color when you make a secure purchase, and become https.
2/ Honestly, avoid adult sites; they are the most polluted part of the web.
3/ Never respond to solicitations (by which I mean giving your bank details) via emails you receive...
Good luck!

Hello,
I urgently need help. Like almost everyone who has gone to this site, I watched a video (I provided my banking details), but the site did not mention a subscription. I was charged the amount of €49.95. Can I still go to my bank to contest this even though I accessed the site and provided my bank details willingly? Furthermore, the site offers to cancel the subscription. Should I follow their advice and send a letter or go to my bank?
I really need a quick response.
THANK YOU

I think you should contact your bank, and next time you make purchases online, make sure it's on secure sites!
I am a police officer in the SARTHe -72- and I am currently conducting an investigation into these PIMEXAS withdrawals. This is indeed a scam involving hacking. Therefore, in order to support my procedure, I would like to collect the maximum number of people to testify or to provide me with the references of the complaints they have filed. THIS IS NOT A HOAX!!! Thank you for sending me your response by email. I will make sure to reply to you to prove that I am really a police officer. Thank you in advance to all those who are willing to come forward.
Hello
I am currently a victim of fraudulent withdrawals by the company PIMEXA (on the bank statement it is: Mobilmat Imel Sp). Information obtained from my bank indicates that the subscription was contracted in May and I had two withdrawals made in July and August 2007. I went to the police station, but they could not take my complaint because they claimed I did not have enough evidence and that they could not launch an investigation like that. I mentioned you to them, and they asked if you could provide me with the following information:
The report number
Your name
The brigade you belong to
I apologize for being so intrusive, but that is what the officers requested. To communicate more quickly, could you please leave me the phone number of your workplace?
Thank you in advance
Please accept, sir, my sincere greetings.

hi letof
i also had the problem with these mibilmat and pimexas withdrawals
i wanted to file a complaint at the police station this afternoon, the officer who helped me told me it was impossible to file a complaint, because if they are withdrawing from my account, it means that at some point I gave my consent...
so, it’s impossible for me to get reimbursed by my bank’s insurance..
if you have any information, please contact me

Hi
no, I'm not registered on any dating site, but I've been on porn sites, and you?
I had a charge labeled mobiquid of 1 euro and then 70 euros, even though I have never been on that site.

Hello, I had exactly the same thing happen to me. About ten days ago, I went on a porn site that said the 30 minutes were free, but apparently not, and I wanted to know if this happens again or if it's really true? Thank you for replying to let me know what I should do and what to expect.
Hello, I have received your message and I thank you very much for your advice
but unfortunately it is impossible for me to block my account because it is a business card
I have a loan at the bank and to block my card I first need to pay off this loan
that is why I don't know what to do anymore, they have already taken more than £200 from me.

Hello, my name is Cécile. I have also been scammed by Pimexas and I continue to be.
According to my bank statements, they have withdrawn a total of £200 from my account. I don't know how this happened because
I have never made any pornographic purchases online. I really need someone to help me.
Thank you very much.

make an immediate opposition on your bank card or they will empty your account (right now)
once your card is canceled, no one will be able to use it anymore after that do what is recommended above (file a complaint against x and go see your bank to find out if they can refund you for unauthorized withdrawals...logically, your bank has a reimbursement service in case of online disputes)

Hello, I had the same problem with pimxas, a sum of 49.95 euros was withdrawn. Right away I went to my bank to block my card, and then I filed a complaint which I later brought to the bank to get a refund. But my question isn't about that. I just received a letter from my bank giving me the email address and the code of the person who made this transaction. It turns out that this address is not unfamiliar to me, and I wanted to know if it was possible that their investigation could be skewed?
Hello, just to not feel lonely, I just had the same problem and I would like to ask you if by any chance you are registered on Meetic or another dating site...
I have privileged contacts with my bank, I need to block the card. Moreover, there is a law that requires banks to reimburse their clients for charges due to hacking, and believe me, banks don't brag too much about this obligation. So normally in the event of hacking, we remain protected because the bank is obliged to reimburse.
Additionally, there are secure payment methods like at Société Générale which issues a virtual card on request through its website, to make payments with the exact amount. Once this virtual card is used, the number no longer exists, and it is impossible to hack.

Hello everyone! Likewise, I took a hit of 39 euros and contacted my bank. I need to file a complaint with the gendarmerie and then put a stop on it. As for me, I haven't been on any "adult" sites and I haven't given my card number. Damn, those bastards are clever!!!!!!!!!
Hello, here is the procedure to follow:
1. Immediately block the card, I work in banking and I have never seen that you cannot block it; it is absolutely necessary to block the card because it is the only way to stop these withdrawals. Furthermore, your card will be automatically replaced with new codes.
2. File a complaint for fraudulent use with the police or gendarmerie.
3. Submit a dispute file regarding the card to the bank within 120 days following the first fraudulent debit; beyond that, you will not be covered. And indeed, for internet fraud, the bank must refund you (it is stated in the card contract) even if you do not have loss or theft insurance for payment methods.

Hello everyone, well I'm here to share my experience. I just discovered a charge of €79.60, with the indication sve-store.fr. Since I keep all the invoices from my online orders, I can see that it doesn't correspond to anything. I went to their site, where by entering the last digits of my card (did I do something wrong?), I found some information but nothing about which site I ordered from... plus the email they provided is one I haven’t used in 6 months, and it’s written with a mistake (yahou for yahoo). I wrote to them asking for the exact nature of the purchase, warning that otherwise I would contest the charge. So I just read that I should go to my bank, which I was thinking of doing, but now I know exactly what to tell them. And I believe that from now on I will use something like PayPal...
Good evening, it's me again because I was charged once more but this time for €22.50 in Andorra, Spain by BGSC-CLIENT.COM. I had actually forgotten to mention that I went to Portugal this year in August and that I filled up on gas in Spain using my card without having to enter my 4-digit code or sign a receipt. Could my card have been compromised by something like this? If anyone is in the same situation, please keep me informed.
Hello,
The same thing happened to my brother who has been charged €39.95 since June under the name pimexas and in August under the name mobilmat imel.
Is it possible for them to charge us if we didn't give our credit card number?
The only time he provided it was to pay the security deposit for a TV decoder by phone (it was at an agency).
Thank you in advance for your responses.
