Unable to install Messenger on my Samsung Galaxy II!

Hello, I have had problems with the mandatory super Messenger to use Facebook messages on Android, so I uninstalled it. Since then... I can't reinstall it.

I no longer have access to my Facebook messages on my phone (Samsung Galaxy II). Every time I try to install it, it "loads".... infinitely! Not even an error message. It installs for hours until I stop it manually.

I have tried different ways, nothing works. Turning off the phone, removing the battery, nothing. I still have space available on my phone.

Can you enlighten me?
I have also recently had difficulty downloading updates, some were also downloading infinitely....

    Hello

go to settings then application manager swipe your page to the right......

go to your Facebook app press on it and clear the cache and data....

then open your phone app and type star pound 9900 pound you will see a file delete dumpstate/logat press on it.....

finally go to the playstore and install cleanmaster and also proceed to clean.....

    restart your phone.......

Thank you Jylly! But it still doesn't work, I've completed the first two steps, and I'm stuck on the third one because when I attempt to install Clean Master, it downloads endlessly, once again!! (grrrr!!) and I restarted it before... my phone must be overloaded with who knows what.... :(

Is there another way to clean up if I can't install Clean Master (I can't install anything at all anymore....)
      Thanks again!

      Hello

you can try to reset your phone in settings about the device backup and restore....but be careful this deletes everything on your phone and I mean everything...it does not affect your microsd.....so backup all contacts sms photos etc ........

        Hello Jylly,

It wasn't necessary, it finally worked! :) You had put me on the right track (clearing cache and data for Facebook....), but I hadn't done it for the "Google Play Store" app, which I did and there you go... everything is sorted!

        Thank you!
