Leboncoin how to avoid a scam invoice

Hello,

I'm writing here because I'm in the process of selling an iPad on leboncoin, and I have some doubts about a potential buyer.

He is asking me to send him a photo of the invoice, and he seems to insist on it. He explains that he can't pick up the iPad in person and that I should send it to him.
I told him that I wouldn't ship the package until the payment is received by bank transfer, and he agreed.

Regarding the invoice, what do I risk by sending him a photo? I was thinking of doing it while erasing the device's serial numbers, and my debit card number doesn't appear on it.
