Adding my partner's name on BBox invoices

Hello,
Following a civil partnership, I called Bouygues customer service to add my partner's name to the Bbox invoices, but they refused. I would like to know if it is possible to add another person's name to the invoices, as I contacted SFR and they told me it's definitely possible with them if I take a Neuf Box and a mobile subscription with them. (Currently, I have the Bbox and a B and You subscription for €19).
