Hello,
I have a problem with my Bluestork external enclosure containing the internal hard drive of my old PC. It always worked very well, was quickly recognized, and once connected the LED blinked red/green (which is normal). I tried to connect it today and it is no longer recognized; when I plug the USB port nothing appears and the LED stays solid green.
Thank you for your help, I have a lot of important data on it.

Hello ,
in a first step :
you must check that the USB cord is not damaged , then test on another USB port

If your enclosure is a 2.5", it is self-powered (so indeed the LED would not light, although if one of the internal USB pins is damaged, it remains possible), but if it is a 3.5", the power supply is external, so the LED only indicates that power is reaching the drive; the cable could be at fault, and a micro-break inside the cable is not externally visible.
Also try gently moving the USB cable on the enclosure side (a slightly bent “pin” can prevent good contact).
Check that no impurity has lodged in the USB “hole” of the cable.
Do you have the possibility to open the enclosure to verify that the drive’s connection hasn’t shifted?
